Review by hotel critic
During our recent family vacation in Liverpool, we had the pleasure of staying at Elysium, an excellent choice for those traveling with children. The location was ideal, allowing us easy walks to downtown attractions, including the beautiful Albert Dock and the iconic Pier Head with the Three Graces, which our kids enjoyed exploring. The apartment itself was clean and organized, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family after a day of sightseeing. The comfortable beds ensured we all had restful nights, especially after our adventures. We appreciated the welcoming communication from the staff before our arrival, which included valuable parking suggestions. Though parking wasn't directly available, the nearby options were affordable and convenient. One unique feature we enjoyed was the disco ball in the living space, which added a fun touch to our evenings. The flexibility of having home comforts while being so close to the vibrant city made our stay memorable. We left with great memories and a desire to return, especially as we’ve yet to fully explore Liverpool’s rich history. For families looking for a base to experience the city, Elysium is worth considering.
